What data exists in FilamentManager?
Most inventory data in FilamentManager is technical information about filament, materials, colors, weight, QR codes, temperatures and locations. This is normally not personal data by itself. Personal data may exist in accounts, email, subscriptions, payments, support, feedback, security logs, analytics consent and free-text fields.
AI and uploads
AI features are used to assist with material selection and future spool-label scanning. Images for the AI roll scanner should by default only be processed temporarily and deleted after scanning. The user must approve suggested fields before they are saved to a roll.
Your rights
You can contact FilamentManager if you want access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your data. Some payment and invoice information may need to be retained for bookkeeping, VAT/tax and legal requirements.
