Subprocessors
This is an overview of key providers used by FilamentManager for hosting, payments, AI, analytics, backup and communication.
Hetzner
Purpose: Hosting/server operations, database and application hosting.
Data: Account and inventory data, technical logs and application data.
Stripe
Purpose: Payments, subscriptions, invoices, receipts and VAT/tax calculation.
Data: Name, email, billing information, country, VAT/Tax ID and payment status. Card data is not stored directly in FilamentManager.
OpenAI
Purpose: AI Material Advisor and future AI roll scanner.
Data: Text input, relevant inventory/material data and temporary images for AI scanning.
Google Analytics
Purpose: Analytics after cookie consent.
Data: Analytics events and technical browser/device data after consent.
Google Drive / backup
Purpose: Backup storage.
Data: Encrypted backups of FilamentManager data.
Email provider
Purpose: Transactional email, email verification, support and system messages.
Data: Email address, name if provided, email content and technical delivery data.
