FilamentManager uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for, among other things:

• CSRF protection
• keeping the user logged in
• remembering necessary system choices
• making the platform, dashboard and user account work correctly

These cookies are necessary for the service to function and therefore generally cannot be disabled.

3. Payment, Stripe Checkout and Stripe Tax

When you create or manage a paid subscription, Stripe is used as payment provider. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with payment, security, fraud prevention, subscription management, invoices, receipts, customer portal and tax/VAT handling.

Stripe Checkout and Stripe Tax may use information such as country, billing address, payment method and any VAT/tax ID to complete payment and calculate relevant VAT/tax.

Cookies and technologies from Stripe may be necessary to complete payment securely and to protect against misuse and fraud.

4. Statistics and analytics

FilamentManager may later use statistics and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used and improve the service.

Such cookies will only be used to the extent permitted and, where necessary, after consent.

5. Third-party cookies

External services may set cookies or use similar technologies when necessary to provide a function. This may for example include Stripe for payment, invoices, customer portal and fraud prevention.

If other external services such as analytics, support chat, marketing tools or similar are added later, this cookie policy will be updated and, where necessary, consent will be obtained.

Necessary cookies generally cannot be disabled because they are required for login, security, payment or operation of the service.
