In these trade and subscription terms, “FilamentManager”, “FilamentManager.dk”, “FilamentManager.app”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TM3DPRINT I/S, which is the legal provider of the service.

1. About the service

FilamentManager is an online platform for managing filament inventory, QR labels, materials, manufacturers, remaining weight, drying, usage, statistics, Material Advisor, support and related features for 3D printing.

The service is a digital tool for inventory management and material selection. It does not replace the user’s own professional assessment, testing or responsibility for choosing material, print settings or the use of finished items.

FilamentManager may be accessed via both filamentmanager.dk and filamentmanager.app. The Danish site is aimed at the Danish market, while filamentmanager.app is aimed at international use.

2. Creating a user account

To use FilamentManager, you must create a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and ensuring that the information on your account is correct.

You are also responsible for ensuring that any company, invoice, address and VAT/tax information is correct, especially if you use the service as a business.

3. Subscriptions and access

FilamentManager offers free and paid subscriptions. Each subscription gives access to different features, as shown on the plans and pricing page.

Basic, Pro and Business are recurring paid subscriptions. Enterprise is agreed manually. Free is free of charge and may have limited features.

Paid subscriptions provide access to the features included in the selected plan as long as the subscription is active and paid.

Free and Basic may have access to a rules-based Material Advisor. Pro, Business and Enterprise may have access to AI Material Advisor if the feature is active and technically available.

If an AI feature is temporarily unavailable, the system may use a rules-based fallback so the user can still receive an advisory material recommendation.

4. Price, currency, VAT/tax and billing period

Prices for paid subscriptions are shown on the plans and pricing page and in Stripe Checkout before payment.

On filamentmanager.dk, prices are generally shown in Danish kroner (DKK). For Danish customers, prices are shown including Danish VAT where relevant.

On filamentmanager.app, prices are generally shown in euro (EUR). VAT/tax is calculated and handled in Stripe Checkout based on the customer’s billing details, country, customer type and any VAT/tax ID.

If the customer is a VAT-registered business in another EU country and enters a valid VAT ID, Stripe Checkout may handle the purchase as reverse charge if the requirements are met.

If the customer is a private EU customer or a customer outside the EU, VAT/tax may depend on applicable rules, the customer’s country and the information entered in Stripe Checkout.

Paid subscriptions are paid for the billing period shown for the selected plan and in the payment flow, for example per month.

Before payment, a summary of the selected plan, price, billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation and payment obligation is shown.

When changing plan, the price, currency, features and billing period may change in accordance with the new plan and Stripe’s payment flow.

5. Payment and payment obligation

Payment for Basic, Pro and Business is handled through Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods may include payment cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and other payment methods depending on what Stripe offers at the time of payment.

When the user clicks “Pay and start subscription” or “Betal og start abonnement” and completes the payment through Stripe Checkout, a paid subscription with a payment obligation is created.

FilamentManager does not store full card details or payment information. Payment information is processed by Stripe.

In case of non-payment, access to paid features may be limited, downgraded or closed until payment is received.

6. Automatic renewal and binding period

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period until cancelled.

There is no binding period for ordinary online subscriptions unless otherwise clearly stated in the specific agreement.

Cancellation stops future payments. Already paid periods are generally not refunded unless otherwise required by mandatory law or a specific agreement.

7. Cancellation and online management

Subscriptions created online can be cancelled online through the user’s account and the Stripe customer portal.

In the Stripe customer portal, the user can manage payment cards, view invoices/receipts, change plan and cancel the subscription.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already paid subscription period. The user generally has access to paid features until the end of that period.

If the user has problems cancelling online, support can be contacted, but this does not change the fact that the subscription can be cancelled online through the available customer portal.

8. Invoice, receipt and VAT/tax information

Invoices and receipts for subscription payments are handled through Stripe.

The user can access receipts and invoices through the Stripe customer portal when the subscription was created through Stripe.

If special invoice information, company name, address, VAT ID or other tax information is required, the user must ensure that the information is entered correctly in Stripe Checkout or the Stripe customer portal.

Any VAT or tax information on invoices and receipts depends on the customer’s billing details, customer type, country and the information provided in Stripe.

9. Right of withdrawal

When purchasing digital services, there may generally be a right of withdrawal under applicable rules.

If delivery of the digital service begins with the user’s consent, and the user acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may lapse or be limited, the right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with applicable law.

Requests regarding withdrawal or questions about the right of withdrawal can be sent to support.

10. AI Material Advisor

AI Material Advisor is an advisory feature that can help suggest filament material based on project description and selected requirements such as outdoor use, UV, water, heat, mechanical load, flexibility, decoration or food contact.

AI Material Advisor may use an external AI provider, for example the OpenAI API, to generate recommendations. When the feature is used, project description and selected technical requirements may be sent to the AI provider in order to deliver the recommendation.

The user must not enter sensitive personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or information about third parties in the project description for Material Advisor.

AI recommendations are advisory. The user is responsible for assessing, testing and approving material choice, print settings, strength, durability, safety and suitability for the specific use.

FilamentManager does not guarantee that an AI recommendation is error-free, complete or suitable for all uses. Especially for loaded parts, heat, outdoor use, food contact or technical items, the user should always make their own assessment and testing.

11. Operation and availability

We strive to keep FilamentManager stable and available. However, operational disruptions, maintenance or technical errors may occur.

Features that depend on external providers, for example payment, email or AI, may be affected by these providers’ operation, limitations or availability.

12. Liability

FilamentManager is provided as a digital tool. We are not liable for loss, failed prints, production downtime, lost data or indirect loss unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Material recommendations, including AI-generated recommendations, are advisory. The user is responsible for final material choice, testing, print settings, use and safety of finished items.

13. Misuse

The user must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, damage the system or use the platform in a way that may affect other users or operation.

The user must also not attempt to misuse AI features, automate an unreasonable number of requests, submit illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms when needed. Significant changes will be notified in a reasonable manner.

Changes to prices, currency, VAT/tax handling or significant subscription terms will be clearly communicated before they take effect to the extent required under applicable rules.
